Pricing & Billing Support
We follow a transparent and well-structured pricing approach that balances value and cost. Our billing team ensures fair pricing while aligning with your project scope, business objectives, and budget expectations.
Terms & Conditions
A minimum of fifty percent (50%) advance payment of the total project cost is mandatory prior to the commencement of any work.
The estimated project delivery timeline is eight (8) to ten (10) working days, subject to the agreed scope of work and timely receipt of all required inputs from the client.
Upon final approval of the website design by the client, no revisions, modifications, or alterations shall be permitted.
Any additional services, features, or enhancements requested beyond the agreed project scope shall be treated as add-ons and will be charged separately.
Extended support, maintenance, or post-delivery services are not included in the project cost and shall be billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All third-party transaction fees, including but not limited to PayPal or other payment gateway charges, shall be borne solely by the client.
In the event of project cancellation, suspension, or rejection by the client after project confirmation, a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total project cost shall be non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, must be requested within eight (8) days from the date of advance payment. Refunds are not applicable for basic or promotional packages under any circumstances.
