General Policy

All services offered by Colormedia Business Solutions are primarily digital and customized in nature. Therefore, returns of services are not applicable once the work has started or services have been activated. Refunds are considered only under the specific conditions described in this policy.

Graphic Designing, UI/UX Designing & Web Development Services

Since these services are custom-made based on your business requirements:

  • No refund will be provided once the project has started and design, development, or research work has commenced.

  • If a project is cancelled by the client before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing charges.

  • If the project is cancelled after work has started, no refund will be issued for the completed or in-progress work.

Digital Marketing Services

Digital marketing services involve strategy, campaign setup, optimisation, and ongoing execution.

  • Payments made for digital marketing services are non-refundable once the campaign setup or execution has begun.

  • No refunds will be provided for performance-related reasons such as traffic, leads, sales, or ranking outcomes.

  • If a campaign is cancelled before execution begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion after deducting planning and setup costs.

Business Email Solutions (Google & Zoho)

For business email services provided through third-party platforms such as Google and Zoho:

  • Once an account is created, configured, or activated, the service becomes non-refundable.

  • Any licence, subscription, or platform charges paid to third-party providers are strictly non-refundable.

  • Colormedia Business Solutions is not responsible for refund policies or billing practices of third-party platforms.

Domain Registration Services

Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once the domain is successfully registered. Domain-related charges are governed by the policies of the respective domain registrars. Colormedia Business Solutions cannot reverse or refund a domain once it has been registered.

Web Hosting Services

For web hosting services:

  • Once hosting is activated, no refunds will be issued for the used period.

  • If a cancellation request is made before hosting activation, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and setup charges.

  • Any third-party hosting, infrastructure, or licence fees are non-refundable.

Project Delays and Client Responsibilities

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

  • Delays occur due to late content, approvals, or feedback from the client

  • Project timelines are affected by changes in scope or requirements requested by the client

Service Issues and Corrections

If you are not satisfied with any deliverable:

  • We encourage you to notify us within the agreed review or revision period.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to correct or revise the work as per the approved scope and agreement.

  • Refunds will not be issued for revision-related matters when corrections can be reasonably provided.

Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
After verification, eligible billing errors will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days

  • Any transaction, gateway, or administrative charges may be deducted

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method wherever possible

Cancellation of Ongoing Services

Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services by providing written notice. However:

  • All completed and in-progress work up to the cancellation date remains payable

  • Any prepaid amount for unused services may be adjusted only if stated in the service agreement
