All design concepts, drafts, and prototypes will be shared for review and approval as per the agreed workflow. Revisions are limited to what is specified in the project agreement.
Final deliverables will be provided after full payment, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Results in digital marketing, including traffic, leads, or conversions, may vary depending on market conditions, competition, platforms, and user behaviour.
Colormedia Business Solutions does not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or performance outcomes unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Business Email, Domain & Hosting Services
For business email, domain registration, and web hosting services:
Account credentials and access details must be kept secure by the client
Colormedia Business Solutions is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by client negligence
We do not control third-party platform outages, service interruptions, or policy changes
We may access technical settings only when required for configuration, troubleshooting, or upon your request.
Payments and Invoicing
All fees, payment schedules, and milestones will be defined in the official proposal or invoice.
Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may result in:

Intellectual Property Rights
